The presentation will focus on the changing landscapes for corporate and foundation funding. Elaine will highlight the key trends in giving and how we can garner support and sustain relationships in a new and ever-changing environment.
About Our Presenter: Elaine Delk currently is the Executive Director for Corporate and Foundation Relations at the University of South Carolina. Prior to this role, she served as the Vice President for Institutional Advancement at Newberry College and as the Executive Director for Community and Corporate Relations at Richland County School District Two in Columbia, South Carolina.
A graduate of Winthrop University (B.A., English, 1977) and the University of South Carolina School of Law (J.D., 1982), Elaine has more than twenty-five years of fundraising, grant writing, community relations, and marketing/public relations experience. Ms. Delk, a member of the South Carolina Bar and the Richland County Bar, has also been an Adjunct Professor with the University of South Carolina and the College of Charleston and has served as a Guardian Ad Litem.
